It has 255hp, which is more than the 2001 Maxima or the 2002 Altima. The 2002 Max auto I'd guess would be around 6.4-6.6 seonds 0-60, which gives it about a 1.2 second advantage over a '01 Maxima and about .5 second advantage over the Altima (assuming all are auto). It's fairly certain a computer and intake will be available for the '02 Maxima. BUT consider that it is a different engine than the '01, and a supercharger will likely not fit, unless Stillen remade it for '02, which I think unlikely for a one year run car. If I were you I'd call Stillen to see if they plan on having a supercharger for the '02. If not, I would ask how fast an '01 auto is with the supercharger, they may be comparable ('02 un-supercharged vs. '01 supercharged). I'd base your decision upon talking with Stillen.
